11. März 2011, 14.46 Uhr: Im Pazifik vor der japanischen Küste bebt die Erde. Die folgende Tsunami-Welle reißt bis zu 20.000 Menschen in den Tod, zermalmt ganze Städte - und lässt das AKW Fukushima explodieren.

Am 12.3. gastieren Schluff Jull in der Remscheider Musical Box und spielen als letzte Zugabe „The Night“ in einer emotionalen, von den verstörenden TV-Berichten gefärbten Version.
Aus heutiger Sicht ist es erschreckend, wie schnell diese Bilder im Jahresverlauf von Unwichtigem verdrängt wurden. Wer spricht heute in der Öffentlichkeit noch von Fukushima?

 Aus diesem Grund ist dies unser musikalischer Jahresrückblick.

March 11th, 2011: An Earthquake in the Pacific off the Japanese coast causes a tsunami wave that kills up to 20,000 people , destroys entire cities - and finally leads to an explosion of  the nuclear power plant in Fukushima.

On March 12th, 2011 Schluff Jull perform at The Musical Box in Remscheid. As a final encore they play "The Night" in an emotional version, influenced by the disturbing TV reports.

From today's perspective, it is shocking how quickly these images vanish from our minds and lose their importance during the year. Who is still talking about  Fukushima in public today?

For this reason, this is our musical Annual Review.

Nevertheless, a happy and peaceful 2012
